On the last day of the program you will travel by coach from Prince Edward Island to Halifax with scheduled drop offs at the Halifax International Airport and then the hotel. The approximate travel time is four hours in duration. Anticipated arrival at the airport is 12:30 p.m., followed by drop off at the hotel.

| Activity Levels |
|
Level 1
Participants must be able to handle their own luggage, climb a few stairs and get from sleeping accommodations to classrooms and dining rooms.
Level 2
Participants must be able to handle their own luggage, climb a few stairs, stand for up to an hour, get on and off a motor coach easily and walk a few blocks indoors or out.
Level 3
Participants must be able to handle their own luggage, climb a few flights of stairs and walk on uneven surfaces from three blocks up to two miles over the course of the day.
Level 4
Participants must be in good health, mobile and able to participate in 3-5 hours of physical activity per day, the equivalent of walking up to five miles at a 2.5-mph pace over uneven ground.
Level 5
Participants must be in excellent health, extremely mobile and used to an active lifestyle. Program activities may require up to six hours of strenuous, moderate- to fast-paced activity per day, equivalent to hiking six miles at a 3-mph pace over varied terrain.
Level 6
Participants must have a high level of physical fitness and appropriate expertise in the program activities, and should expect full days of fast-paced, strenuous physical challenges.
Level 7
Participants must have a high level of physical fitness and appropriate expertise in the program activities, and should expect full days of fast-paced, strenuous physical challenges.
